Job Description
Qualification:-
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Master s degree or additional certifications in Quality Management or related disciplines preferred
Experience:-
- 10-12 years of experience in quality assurance within the real estate industry
Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements
- Lead the quality control function, including the establishment of quality control points and conducting regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards for construction, maintenance, and operational activities
- Conduct thorough audits of project sites, materials, and workmanship to identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing preventive measures to enhance overall quality performance
- Provide leadership and guidance to quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports and metrics for senior management, highlighting areas of excellence and opportunities for enhancement
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory updates to ensure Adani remains at the forefront of quality management
