MEPF Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative MEPF Engineer to join our team as a MEPF Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire (MEPF) systems in construction of interior projects, ensuring they are designed and implemented according to the latest technological standards and as per consultants design and specification aligning with interior work. Also have a basic understanding of IT, security and automation services for better coordination with respective departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all MEPF work complies with statutory requirements, project specifications, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to integrate MEPF systems with interior finishing work, into overall project plans.
• Manage the MEPF team, providing guidance and support to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct quality inspections and testing of MEPF installations to maintain high standards.
• Highlight the site related technical/interface issues to consultants and design team and ensure smooth project execution through effective communication and coordination.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Professional certification in MEPF systems design and management.

Skills and Attributes:

• Proficiency in CAD software and other MEPF design tools.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of MEPF systems and sustainable practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Experience:

• Min Exp: 5 to 7 Years
• Relevant: Exp: 5+ Years
• Extensive experience in MEPF engineering, with a focus on modern construction methods.
• Proven track record of successful MEPF system implementations in large-scale projects.
