• Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

1. Supervision of MEPF Systems Installation:

• Mechanical Systems :

  • Supervise the installation and commissioning of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, air handling units, ducts, and chillers.
  • Oversee the installation of mechanical systems such as elevators, escalators, pumps, fire pumps, and piping systems.
  • Ensure that mechanical systems are installed according to design specifications, within project timelines and budget.

• Electrical Systems :

  • Supervise the installation of electrical wiring, distribution boards, switchgear, transformers, and power backup systems (generators, UPS).
  • Ensure that lighting systems, emergency lighting, and other electrical components are correctly installed and tested.
  • Monitor compliance with electrical safety standards and ensure grounding, earthing, and circuit protection measures are followed.

• Plumbing Systems :

  • Oversee the installation of water supply, drainage systems, sewage systems, and piping networks for HVAC, plumbing, and other services.
  • Ensure plumbing systems are leak-free, pressure-tested, and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate the installation of pumps, water treatment, and heating systems.
