- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the Copper industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical and commercial processes
- Optimize the utilization of resources and assets to maximize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Lead negotiations with suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure favorable contracts and agreements
- Provide technical expertise and insights to support commercial decisions and business development activities
- Monitor and assess the performance of key technical processes and systems, implementing improvements as necessary
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall techno-commercial capabilities and competitiveness of the Copper Business
