Research Analyst – Executive hiring

Purpose/Objective

The Research Analyst will play a pivotal role in hiring for Energy & Utility cluster of Adani. Responsible for providing valuable insights and analysis to drive strategic decision-making and contribute to the success of Adani's executive hiring team.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Work with executive hiring cluster lead to create and execute sourcing strategy to meet hiring demands of Energy & Utility cluster. - The ideal candidate should have a good demeanor and experience in Head hunting, Market mapping, direct sourcing techniques for leadership hiring. - Conduct thorough market mapping to identify potential talent for leadership positions in Adani across different organizations in the Energy & Utility cluster. - Evaluate potential candidates for their fitment to the role. - Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand business landscape - Gather and analyze market data which can provide insights and support decision-making. - Build a good network and pipeline of candidates in Energy & Utility cluster - Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings on industry and talent availability and share recommendations to senior management - Step up for cluster lead in his/her absence. - Documentation and compliance management as per the process

Technical Competencies

Understanding of Energy & Utility sector,Communication skills,Knowledge of sourcing methodologies,TA technology orientation,Data management and presentation skills,Digital Dexterity

Qualifications and Experience

Experience - Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Executive Search firm - Good expertise in sourcing, pipelining and market mapping for leadership roles. - Experience in sourcing profiles from direct sourcing channels like job boards, social media platforms etc. Education Qualification - Any Bachelor's degree / Master’s degree Non-Negotiable Skills - Market Mapping, Pipelining & head Hunting - Direct Sourcing - Stakeholder Partnering
