Market Research Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand business objectives and design surveys.
• Conduct Primary and Secondary Research to support business objectives.
• Analyse and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts.
• Provide actionable insights by using both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Using different statistical tools and Marketing & brand concepts.
• Report writing and presenting it to internal and external stakeholders.
• Cross Functional support.

Requirements:

• • MBA (Marketing or Data Analytics).
• 2+ years of experience in Market Research (preferably on agency side)
• • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• • Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
• • Problem Solving.

Candidate who have worked with/working currently with Kantar, Ipsos, Nielsen, Hansa are preferred
