...red 2- They don’t value employees efforts, kind of hard works they are putting no appreciation at all 3- NO BONUS 4- Salary is very less and during increment TL just find unnecessary reasons to cut the increment 5- People who don’t really work and show off often get more value than those who put in hard work and efforts 6- TL ask us to follow discipline and when we msg her, she is not available

Flexible time office timing starts at 10 am but you can reach the office up to 10.30 am there is no penalty The Co-Founder Tarun is cool there is much to learn from his side he gives you lots of playing space You have an opportunity to connect with the different client directly there is lot to learn It will give you confidence to speak and understand the client and demand

... There is nothing to learn from the team lead and sometimes directly target you. Work is more and monetary benefit's are very less there is no substantial increment there is biasness among gender prefer to give less work as per gender I dont want to mention NO bonus no other benifits

1. Workload is excessively heavy. 2. Some senior team members have limited knowledge. (I don't want mention her name). 2. Unrealistic deadlines. 3. Frequent laptop issues—need for high-speed laptops. 4. Seniors need to recognize the extreme pressure and heavy workload. 5. No bonuses provided. 6. No overtime benefits.
