... There is nothing to learn from the team lead and sometimes directly target you. Work is more and monetary benefit's are very less there is no substantial increment there is biasness among gender prefer to give less work as per gender I dont want to mention NO bonus no other benifits

What i appreciate most about this company is exceptional work culture Coming from a background where work always extremely demanding I’m happy to have found healthy work life balance here my managers are understanding and accommodating all my needs whether it is leaves or flexibility.I feel here we have pressure free environment . I can focus on performing to my best potential without undue stress , I’m learning a lot here.

A nice company to start your career. You will get very much of opportunities here. You will get confidence after working with Big brands. Think of any brand and any industry you will get opportunities to work on it. You will learn client communication, data analysis, tools like SPSS, Excel and data visualization skills.

There is a negative which company has and impacting most of us. There is manager, I feel she is more project coordinator instead of a lead in market research. If so, then why she is in every briefing call and review. Because she don't know market research at all. As she has sales background, and treat us like the same. Here we are doing a sophisticated work, like helping brand in decision making. We don't understand why management is entertaining her and giving the authority to shout on floor and talk rubbish. We feel like she owns the company. Everyone need to agree with her even she is not making any valid point.
