Job Description
- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
- Contractor identification, Evaluation and Ratings
- Techno-Commercial Discussions and negotiation with Contractors.
- Selection and Finalization of Contractor
- Drafting the Contracts and Work Order Terms and Conditions
- Placement of Contract/Work Orders.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key Contractors
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
- Perform cost, rate analysis and benchmarking of rates
- Assess, manage and mitigate risks
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and contractors.
- Study and understanding of Design / drawings / BOQ for procurement activities.
