Job Description
Educational Qualification: Recognised full time Engineering Degree/Diploma and Full time ADIS/PDIS preferebly from CLI/RLI. Additional advantage for CSP,CMIOSH, NEBOSH, Lead Auditor in OHSAS18001, ISO45000 etc.
1. To follow and implement Solar Project Safety Management System at respective workareas.
2. Responsible for supporting contractor for developing OHS documents (RA, OHS Plan, Training Plan, JSA)
3. Coordinate and implement safety initiatives at site engaging contractors.
4. Organize safety meetings with contractors and contractor safety team.
5. Ensure the implementation of trade validation, RAG and other safety tools.
6. Ensure the mass TBT, Mass Housekeeping, Contractor and employee motivation program.
7. Impart safety training to the employees across the organizational levels and at all worksites and organize Tool Box Talks.
8. Digital implementation of Gensuite
9. Drive safety induction program through site safety team.
10. Preparing weekly and monthly MIS, its review and submission.
11. Hazard identification risk assessment and control measures for critical and non critical activities.
12. Contractor evaluation system and their improvement action plans.
13. Implementation of policies, procedures, safety manuals and on-site emergency plans.
14. Selection of suitable personal protective equipment for procurement.
15. Vendor development and function specific procurement (NFA,PO, PRs). SAP related works.
16. Implementation of Safety promotional campaign.
17. Incident Investigation and CAPA deployment for preventing reoccurrence.
18. Records and analysis of UA/UC and corrective actions.
19. To assist side safety lead for ensuing safe working environment.
