Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in the Biogas industry or related field
- Demonstrated track record of successful project management and innovation
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of researchers and developers
- Lead and manage R&D projects to drive innovation and new product development in the Biogas sector
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements
- Develop and implement research plans, experimental designs, and testing protocols to validate new concepts and technologies
- Supervise and mentor research and development teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and attainment of project goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, product performance, and cost-effectiveness
- Participate in technical discussions, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving activities to address complex challenges and opportunities
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports, technical documentation, and findings to senior management and key stakeholders
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices to influence the strategic direction of R&D activities
- Adhere to safety, compliance, and quality standards while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
