Job Description
- BE/B.Tech- Civil : Must clear exams of FE(Fundamentals of Engineering ) and Principles and practice of engineering (PE).
- 7+ years experience in construction in reputed Realty Based organization, Building Projects (Commercial Buildings/ IT Parks/ Hotels/ Health Care / factory Building etc.) Projects.
- Assist Cluster/Project Head in carrying out execution activity for construction for the designated project.
- Execute the work at site as per the drawings and specification.
- Monitoring the Civil Construction activities being carried out by the Construction Contractor.
- Carry out Dimensional checks to confirm conformity as per Drawings and Specifications.
- Monitoring of Daily progress report and ensure proper Billing and submission as per schedule.
- Ensure quality of execution and timely completion of job as per schedule.
- Raising of material requirements and submitting it to the stores/purchase department.
- Ensure the safety compliances, work permit and PPEs tool box talk in daily basis
- Assisting the FM team in any technical requirement for smooth operations
- Ensure all civil/construction work are performed within the budgeted limits and with framework of contracts.
- Checking, certifying and recommending payments related to execution expenditure.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower/labor
