Job Description
- Bachelors (Engineering in Civil)

- Industrial Construction: 6 year (Preferred)
- Site Development and Planning:
- Assist in the design and preparation of site plans, grading plans, and infrastructure layouts (roads, utilities, drainage, etc.).
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project scope and constraints.
- Coordinate with architects, urban planners, and other professionals to integrate civil engineering designs into overall project plans.
- Design and Analysis:
- Perform civil engineering calculations, including those related to soil mechanics, hydrology, and structural design.
- Design and analyze stormwater management systems, grading, and erosion control plans.
- Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings and specifications for approvals and permits.
- Construction Oversight:
- Monitor on-site construction progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality controls.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction work is in compliance with engineering designs and local regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance and Permitting:
- Ensure all civil engineering work complies with local, state, and federal regulations, including zoning, environmental, and building codes.
- Prepare documentation for permits and assist in securing the necessary approvals from regulatory agencies.
- Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve compliance issues and obtain necessary permits.
- Cost Estimation and Budget Management:
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates for civil works, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Review and track project costs, and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.
