Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Jalgaon

The role is full-time and involves supervising construction activities, ensuring quality, and managing costs effectively

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, building, and site supervision.

Qualifications And Skills

Proficiency in civil engineering principles and practices (Mandatory skill)

Expertise in building construction techniques (Mandatory skill)

Significant experience in site supervision for construction projects (Mandatory skill)

Ability to manage construction projects to ensure completion within budget and schedule

Strong skills in cost estimation and budget management for construction activities

Experience in ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites

Willingness to travel as required for project site visits and inspections

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders

Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee and supervise all aspects of construction projects to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and safety standards

Conduct regular site inspections and provide necessary feedback to contractors and site staff

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage resources effectively

Ensure all construction activities comply with both local and national construction codes and regulations

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project targets are met

Prepare and review cost estimates, and manage financial aspects of construction projects to avoid cost overruns

Identify and address potential design and construction issues to minimize risks and delays

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and cost records
