Job Description
Educational Qualification: BE / B. Tech - Civil/Electrical/Mechanical
Experiences :
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Transmission Line execution
- Execution - Transmission Line
- Knowledge of regulations and statutory approvals
- To handle team of Engineers effectively to get the desired output.
- To review and apply the planning to meet the scheduled commissioning.
- Generating regular MIS as per management requirements.
- Ensure to follow all the required statutory requirements to avoid any penalty.
- To ensure implementation of Quality as per approved FQP and relevant IS Codes/CBIP manual etc.
- To ensure implementation of Safety as per organization guidelines.
- Handling of vendor to avoid any additional cost on Owner. Conducting regular Project review meetings with counterpart and identifying the critical paths for necessary resolutions.
- Keeping track of budget to keep cost within the budget.
- To identify the bottlenecks and their resolutions to avoid last-minute surprises.
- To plan timely shutdowns and crossings and follow ups for timely execution.
- Processing of vendor bills timely.
- Conducting safety and quality programmes at site level for the development of their team at regular intervals.
- Training need identification of the team.
