Job Description
- B.E Electronics / B.E Tech/ PG Diploma / Advance Diploma in any stream
- 12-15 years experience in Transmission lines & Distribution
- NEBOSH Certified / IOSH / Fire and Safety / Certified
- Excellent auditing & training competency
- First aider Lead auditor ISO 9001: 2015 / ISO 14001: 2015 / ISO 45001: 2018
- Sustainability & ESG reporting will be an adding advantage
Responsibilities:
- As Lead for HSE Excellence, you shall coordinate for all HSE related functions and activities for smooth execution of works.
- Ensure and maintain a focus on HSE requirements as per defined standards (system) and contract terms.
- Provide support to ensure a safe, clean and environmentally compliant work environment and building a safety culture.
- Monitor continuously for zero incidents and zero waste across JSL / Plants and report.
- Review and ensure update of all System documentation, SOPs, control plans, work instructions and other procedures in line with ISO System requirements as well as related to technical operation of Transmission line, factory production lines, identify and mitigate SHE risks with effective implementation.
- Adhere to and continuously improve all SHE Policies, procedures and standards/CA/investigations and analysis of incidents/accidents if any, and publish reports.
- Plan and implement internal audits, and MRM and external system certifications.
- Coordinate with Projects and Plant for effective system certifications down the line.
- Develop and train the team on HSE and effectiveness.
- MIS for MRM monthly/weekly reviews reports and analysis.
- Implement best HSE practices and documentation in HSE Awards for Corporate image building along with Corp QSHE Head.
- Support to drive continual improvements in HSE across JSL.
