Monitor operation and maintenance of power transmission and distribution system of Rajiv Gandhi InternationalAirport in order to ensure system availability.
To manage all the Administrative, Strategic Initiatives, Core Technical Aspects like AOP preparation, Statutory Compliance Requirements, Various MIS (daily, weekly, Qtrly and Annual) and ensuring the representation ofGHIAL in terms of technical aspects in various external & internal forums (State & National Level).
Accountabilities

By coordinating with various section, systems & Departments
Monitor the spend patt ern for the department and recommend the AOP base numbers
AS Per Plan
Support HOD in reviewing and approving various major CAPEX and OPEX spends
As Per Plan
Coordinate with various stake holders like SPG, TOPS, ASO, Security, FMS & Finance for inputs and requirements
As Per Plan
Technical team development
Upgrading the skills of technical team with trainings and interactions, ensure strengthening of team s technical ability and hence improving the efficiency of equipment with reduced breakdown.
Correspondences with client and contractors, timely renewal of all AMC contact
External - Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work
Interact with client on regular basis to understand their requirements.
Interact with AMCs for their service quality and reporting mechanism
Interacting with technical staff providers for discussing the performance and improvement needs of technical team
Interact with OEM and other material suppliers for maintenance and purchase issues
Interact with CISF, Immigration, Custom s, Retailers, Airlines staff etc. to understand their requirements and to resolve if any technical issues.
Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work
Interaction with seniors and junior managers for seeking advice in daily maintenance activities.
Interact with Procurement and contracts department for purchasing consumables, measuring equipments, PPM and other AMC contracts. Other contract negotiation issues.
Interact with HR department for labour issues at facility and other manpower issues
Interact with Accounts department for Billing, raising debit notes, providing payment certifications etc.
Interact with ARFF department on technical aspects to adhere with statutory requirements.
