Assistant Manager - Module Maintenance

Educational Qualification: M.Tech. / BE / B.Tech.

Experience: 4-8 Years

Responsible for Planned Maintenance of 1.5GW Module Lines.
Ensuring equipment up-time and fitness.
Making MIS /reports about the machine availability and issues.
Closely work on the issues and resolve those quickly to avoid production loss.
Problem solving approach using QC tools
Improving OEE/Productivity/Safety/MTTR & MTBF, TPM Activities
Development of localisation & alternate spare parts
Knowledge of machine design and optimise the m/c break down through design change.
Innovative ideas for solving critical problems.
Ensuring of TQM Concept on Shop Floor like 5S, Suggestion, TPM
Optimum utilization of available resources.
Hands-on on SAP-PM module.
