- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Managing and overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials to ensure efficient functioning of the stores.
- Implementing inventory control measures to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts.
- Supervising the handling and transportation of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Regularly conducting stock audits and maintaining accurate records of stock movements.
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery and receipt of materials.
- Implementing and maintaining safety and security standards within the store area.
- Collaborating with other departments to understand their material requirements and ensure timely provision.
- Training and supervising store staff to uphold efficiency and quality standards.
- Reporting on store activities, stock levels, and any issues to the relevant stakeholders.
