Key skills for the job
Role & responsibilities:
1. Material Receipt: timely creation of GRN within TAT for material Delivery at Site and Stores in SAP MM.
2. Check for material receipt discrepancies and take timely actions. Tagging of material in Quality Inspection.
3. Material issue to users as per requirement and enhancing productivity for issue process on order to reduce waiting time for users.
4. Maintain nil inventory discrepancy throughout the year, follow rigorous daily and monthly inventory audits.
5. Ensure all due process is followed and documentation is maintained as per quality requirement.
6. Monitor and regulate scrap receipts from users and follow up for regular scrap disposal.
7. Ensure compliance to EMS, OHMS, QMS and AMS as per company guidelines and process.
8. Maintain safety standards as per company guidelines and impart safety training to subordinates regularly.
9. Ensure 5S at stores and maintain high score in 5S audits external and internal.
10. Have good knowledge of SAP-MM to analyze and monitor material flow. Ensure no stock outs of Material.
11. Assess material requirements appropriately and issue as per situation and need.
12. Confront External and Internal process, Inventory, Compliance etc. Audits and adheres to all requirements to them.
13. Well-versed with Spreadsheet applications to analyze and forecast material requirement.
Preferred candidate profile:
Proven experience of 5-10 years in inventory & stores management. Role & responsibilities
