Oversee and manage the transportation and delivery operations of cement products  across Pan India
Optimize trucking routes and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective
deliveries
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trucking professionals to achieve operational  excellence
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline supply chain processes and  enhance efficiency
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
Implement best practices for fleet maintenance and performance monitoring
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the trucking operations
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
Handle vendor management and negotiate contracts for transportation services
