Job Description
- Monitor and optimize daily transport routes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to address any issues or changes in transportation schedules.
- Verify and manage quantities of materials being received and dispatched.
- Oversee the inward and outward flow of materials to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
- Monitor and maintainoptimal stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Keep track of materials purchased by franchises and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, transport routes, dispatches, and customer interactions
Secondary
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to supply chain issues, including delivery delays or material discrepancies.
- Resolve any issues related to dispatch and work closely with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the supply chain and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Streamline and manage the dispatch process to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and reduce obsolescence.
Financial
Interaction With Patrons And Public - Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring that expenditures align with company financial goals and constraints.
- Analyze supply chain costs, including transportation, warehousing, and procurement, to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Work Mode: In Office as well as On-field
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with occasional extended hours as needed.
- Working Days: Monday- Saturday (Sunday fixed off)
Requirements
- Masters degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
