Job Description
Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field such as Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, or related disciplines
- 6-10 years of experience in the Copper Business industry.
- Proven track record in conducting technical training programs.
- Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of training materials.
- Develop comprehensive training programs and materials specific to the copper business industry, including safety protocols, equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and industry best practices.
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to employees, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of technical concepts and operational processes.
- Assess the training needs of the workforce and tailor programs to address knowledge gaps and skill development requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and operational teams to stay updated on the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, gathering feedback and performance data to continuously improve the training curriculum and delivery methods.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and industry regulations throughout the training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and certification documentation.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to employees, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
