Job Details:

Key Skills : Training Specialist(Vehicles), Candidate should be comfortable with travelling

What you’ll do at Ather:

L2 & L3 training at each dealer at regular frequency (each 20 days)

Upkeeping of training space, vehicles, tools and equipment

Support in creation of training content (includes photoshoot & videos), service manual & diagnosis improvisation.

Understand dealer staff service technical ability

Look for the opportunity upskill dealer staff

Participating in manhour improvisation process

Develop tools to reduce man hour & cost

Suport in DFS activity (hands on feedback with proposed proto-parts or X1 vehicles)

Zero station installation & training at each dealership

Ather support on field (issue which could not be resolved by dealer)

Support ASM training L2-L4

Here’s what we are looking for:

Experience in workshop and strong workshop management.

Experience in DMS and claim management systems.

A fair understanding of EV technology is a definite plus.

Ability to perform Diagnostic - Document - report.

Manage the occupancy level of Technician, Feel & Bay

Build the best practice process in the workshop.
