Position Overview:

As we continue to expand our cybersecurity capabilities, we are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for cybersecurity, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to educating others. This full-time position offers the opportunity to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training on ARCON products to various audiences, including clients, partners, internal employees, and new joiners.

Responsibilities:

Client & Partner Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs and challenges.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns regarding cybersecurity solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular training sessions for clients, partners, internal employees, and new joinees, ensuring they are well-versed in the functionalities and applications of ARCON products.

Product & Technology Expertise:

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in ARCON products and cybersecurity to ensure training content remains relevant and cutting-edge.
• Stay up to date with ARCON products and the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices.
• Provide clients with expert advice and recommendations on ARCON products alongwith cybersecurity strategies and technologies.

Instructional Design and Technical Teaching:

• Design, develop and deliver end-to-end training programs on ARCON products, including hands-on implementation and practical usage.
• Develop engaging and effective instructional materials (e.g., e-learning modules, workshops, training sessions) focused on cybersecurity concepts and practices.
• Deliver training sessions to clients, tailoring content to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and assessments.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to client interactions, project progress, and training materials.
• Prepare reports on client satisfaction, training outcomes, and cybersecurity trends for internal and external stakeholders.

Internal Management:

• Provide support to L&D team in monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Ensure regular updates in the self-paced learning modules for ARCON products uploaded on the ARCON University portal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to receive regular updates and incorporate them into training content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, concepts, and technologies.
• In-depth understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution along with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), and Cloud Governance (CIEM) and their practical applications.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewall, antivirus, and encryption.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering training content tailored to various audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative, strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with instructional design, e-learning platforms and training management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a technical trainer in cybersecurity or a related field. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar.
