Job Description
Essential: B.E / B. Tech (Metallurgy / Mineral Engineering) from any reputed institute
12+ years of relevant experience
- Should have necessary Financial and Business Acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong team player with the ability to work closely within a team
- Actively tracking the mining tenders from various possible sources.
- Proactively preparing Technical Synopsis presentation covering key technical and commercial terms, scope of work from the tender document.
- Monitoring changes in the bid documents, addendum / corrigendum / errata etc. and timely updating the management with suggested action plan
- Preparation for pre-bid meeting, submission of queries for the tender and final bid documents
- Sourcing information from cross functional departments and teams for bid preparation, evaluation and submission.
- Coordinating with Finance, Techno-commercial for timely preparation of BG/DD for EMD submission
- Preparing financial modeling, cost analysis, contract and agreement
- Understanding of costing of Mining projects and coordinating to provide all information for costing of projects
- Assist in qualitative and quantitative analysis of the mining industry, update market and competition data, and analyze competitors qualifications for bids and do post tender evaluation.
