Assistant Manager - Cell Maintenance

Purpose/Objective

To Manage and handle the shift as Shift Incharge in Cell Maintenance department with the following requirement : 1)Should have very good exposure on Manufacturing facility at larger scale. 2)Improving OEE, TPM Activities, and process stability. 3)Responsible for Machine Up time, Breakthrough improvements and spare parts management. 4)Provide resources for implementing identified action plan to minimize down time.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Around 04~08 years of relevant experience in Machine / Plant Maintenance. • Incumbent shall be responsible for maintaining Equipment up time. • Solving machine breakdowns during shift. • Responsible for Safety of self and subordinates during shift, following all established safety SOPs. • Responsible for QMS in Compliance with ISO 9000:2008. •Knowlege of PLC drives, Scada and Vaccuum pumps• Cluster InCharge. • Maintaining and updating shift activity MIS. • Managing manpower in shift. • planning and undertaking Preventive maintenance • supervising engineering and technical staff• Making SOPs • Repairing of faulty Equipment parts. • Fill all daily/PM check sheets. • Ensuring Implementation of Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Technical Competencies

Understanding of technical specifications of equipment. ,Thorough knowladge of Machines / Equipments ,PLC/Robotics/Drives (AC &DC)/Automation,Pneumatic / Vacuum system ,Knowledge of SAP ,Vendor Management,Inventory Management

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: M. Tech. / BE / B. Tech. Experience: 4-8Years
