Job Description
Education Qualification:
- LL.B./ BA LL.B. degree from a reputed University
- Familiarity with Environmental (incl. Forest Conservation) Laws, Insolvency Laws
- Knowledge of FIDIC Contracts would be a plus
- 2-3 years of experience as a Lawyer preferably in a Top tier Law Firm (CAM/AZB/SAM/JSA/Trilegal).
- Desirable: experience in Arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution
- Legal research and analysis on pertinent laws, regulations, and legal issues.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing (including mark up) of Bid Documents, draft contracts, MoUs, financing agreements and other legal documents.
- Conducting Legal risk assessment
- Assist in the management and resolution of legal disputes and litigation.
- Maintain accurate and current legal records and documentation.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as necessary.
- Ensure organizational compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide sound legal advice and support to various departments within the organization.
