About Us:

Fashion TV seeks an experienced Legal Disputes Manager to oversee all aspects of legal disputes. This role is essential in ensuring our legal rights and interests are protected.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage dispute cases from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines.
Analyze incoming legal notices to identify allegations, claims, and relevant legal issues.
Prepare well-crafted responses to legal notices, addressing each allegation with precision and clarity.
Handle all stages of litigation and arbitration, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting legal research, and managing discovery processes.
Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to safeguard the company s interests.
Collaborate with external counsel as needed, managing legal resources to ensure timely and cost-effective resolutions.
Review and draft correspondence related to disputes.
Occasional travel may be required for litigation cases.
