Manager Electrical

Roles and Responsibilities :

Technical Expertise:

Read and interpret electrical drawings, including Single Line Diagrams (SLD), schematics, and layout plans.

Prepare and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for electrical components and systems.

Assist in the selection of equipment and materials based on project specifications.

Site Supervision:

Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical systems and equipment.

Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Inspect and ensure the proper functioning of electrical equipment during and after installation.

Testing and Commissioning:

Witness and certify tests for electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgear, motors, and cables.

Ensure testing activities comply with industry standards and project specifications.

Compliance and Documentation:

Maintain knowledge of statutory provisions and ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and maintain documentation, including test reports, inspection logs, and progress reports.

Safety and Quality:

Promote and enforce safety measures at the site, ensuring all activities adhere to safety protocols.

Uphold quality standards in all phases of the project, identifying and rectifying non-conformities

Job Requirements :

• 10-16 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical equipment, power distribution networks, and HT panels.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale electrical infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
