Contracts Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage contracts from initiation to close, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Review and negotiate contracts to ensure they meet business objectives, minimizing risks and maximizing benefits.
• Administer contracts by tracking progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve contract-related matters and maintain open communication throughout the contract lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 8-10 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of contract review, negotiation, and administration processes.
• Ability to analyze complex legal documents and identify key terms & conditions.
• Proven track record in managing multiple contracts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
