Job Description
- Responsible for managing the overall project in terms of Supply, Service & Commissioning.
- Responsible for site visits to check the feasibility & identity of the service area post receipt of the zoning plan.
- Responsible for presenting the Gantt Chart & Managing the complete Capex Procurement.
- Share RFQs of all aligned vendors & contractors to collect their quotations.
- Identifying & developing cost-effective vendors & contractors as per the lowest comparative statement. Provide smooth coordination among all contractors on site.
- Responsible for ensuring that the Goods & Materials arrive as per requirement schedule.
- Coordinate with supplier, Contractor & logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of the material at the site.
- Responsible for rate contract & agreement, GRNs into the system & timely vendor payment as per payment & terms.
- Prepared Project Budget sheet and shared the same with all internal functional departments.
- Calculate the capex cost of each project and submit the same to the finance department for insurance.
- Finalize the logistic team for PAN India supply and release the waybill coordination with F&A.
- Responsible for all internal and external Audit.
- Visit the site to ensure smooth supplies and service & cross-check the level of execution & quality. control as well as timely.
- Finalized the Billing as per the site measurement post-completion.
- Good liaising with PAN India Vendors & Contractor
