Assistant Manager - Civil

Educational Qualification: Essential: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering

Experiences : Minimum experience: 3-7 years experience in execution of various civil jobs Experience of handling similar project of same kind. Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders (Internal and External) and conducting negotiations with large-scale. high-value vendors.

Execution of Civil Infrastructure Execution of Civil infrastructure including Land, Building, Fabrication Structure, Pre cast and support infrastructure Monitoring Progress Review Preparation of MIS and other data to monitor and review progress status on civil execution jobs Handing over of civil structures to subsequent activities in structure , piping and EI jobs Ensure all pre cast structures are available on time and with required quality. Completion of civil structures/building Contracts and Billing Management Coordinating with vendors for civil execution jobs Prepare report of technical specification provided by vendor for various material Visit vendor site / location for quality check of materials ordered. Check contracts bills and submit for further process
