Deputy Manager - Civil

Educational Qualification: Essential: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering Experiences : Minimum experience: 3-7 years experience in execution of various civil jobs Experience of handling similar project of same kind. Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders (Internal and External) and conducting negotiations with large-scale. high-value vendors. Execution of Civil Infrastructure Execution of Civil infrastructure including Land, Building, Fabrication Structure, Pre cast and support infrastructure Monitoring & Progress Review Preparation of MIS and other data to monitor and review progress status on civil execution jobs Handing over of civil structures to subsequent activities in structure , piping and E&I jobs Ensure all pre cast structures are available on time and with required quality. Completion of civil structures/building Contracts and Billing Management Coordinating with vendors for civil execution jobs Prepare report of technical specification provided by vendor for various material Visit vendor site / location for quality check of materials ordered. Check contracts' bills and submit for further process
