Job Description

The Lead Administration plays a crucial role in the Copper Manufacturing Complex industry at Mundra (Gujarat). This leadership position requires a strategic, detail-oriented, and experienced professional to oversee and manage the administrative functions effectively. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in administration, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the industry's unique requirements. Role & responsibilities


  • Develop and implement effective administrative strategies, policies, and procedures to support the overall operational efficiency of the Copper Manufacturing Complex
  • Oversee and manage the administrative functions including facility management, day-to-day administration tasks, canteen management, transport, and general administration and compliance management
  • Oversee site administration and supervision to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead and mentor the administrative team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices
  • Collaborate with other department heads to streamline cross-functional processes and drive seamless operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and environmental protocols
  • Optimize resource utilization and manage budgets for administrative activities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on facilities, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels.
  • Act as a liaison with external stakeholders including government authorities, vendors, and community representatives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and corporate social responsibility programs

Preferred candidate profile


  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, MBA/PG preferred, or a related field
  • 15- 22 years of experience in administrative roles within the Copper Manufacturing Complex industry or related fields
  • Prior experience in leadership or managerial positions
  • Demonstrated track record of successful administration and process improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct
