Education Qualification
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Certification Required
Professional certification in Business Management, Project Management, or Leadership Development is desirable.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve regional business objectives and revenue targets
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of business strategies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and potential risks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and ethical business practices
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization while maintaining high-quality standards
- Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance, market analysis, and growth initiatives to the senior management
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative business strategies and expansion plans
