Manager - Internal Audit

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager - Internal Audit with 8 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing internal audit processes, compliance, forensic activities, verification, financial audit, and operational audit. As a Manager - Internal Audit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and transparency of our organization's operations while upholding Adani's commitment to excellence and ethical business practices.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
• Demonstrated track record in internal audit and compliance
• Proven experience in forensic activities and financial verification

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
• Develop and implement audit plans, including compliance, forensic, and financial audits
• Perform operational audits to evaluate operational efficiencies and identify areas for improvement
• Execute compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies
• Lead forensic activities to investigate potential fraud, misconduct, or irregularities
• Provide recommendations to senior management for improving processes and internal controls
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and best practices
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure audit processes align with standards
• Communicate audit results and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels

Education Qualification

• Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification

Certification Required

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or similar certification preferred
