The Lead - Tenancy Management plays a crucial role in the Real Estate industry at Adani, overseeing the tenant management and redevelopment processes in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities of Role

- Manage tenant relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction - Oversee the redevelopment process, from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with regulations and timelines - Lead negotiations for lease renewals, new leases, and other tenancy-related agreements - Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth tenancy operations and financial compliance - Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance reviews to uphold quality standards - Implement tenant retention strategies and drive initiatives to optimize occupancy rates - Provide strategic input for property portfolio management and expansion plans - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and relevant regulatory changes

Technical Competencies

In-depth understanding of tenancy laws, regulations, and compliance requirements,Proficiency in property redevelopment processes and project management,Knowledge of lease agreements, financial analysis, and property valuation,Familiarity with real estate software and data analytics tools

Qualifications and Experience

Education Qualification - Graduate degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field Experience - 15-20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
