Specific Duties:
Desired Outcome: Lead a talented, engaged and high-performing field service engineer team. Ensure that team members are clear on objectives and are held accountable for deliverables. Build strong relationship with customers and maintain customer satisfaction at target levels and promptly resolve customer issues. Closely monitor project execution (Commissioning, Breakdown, Spare replacement etc) at site, warranty claims and ensure timely project closure & customer satisfaction. Control cost, maximize productivity and utilization of resources. Ensure the safe work culture in field and availability of required tools, equipment and PPE.
- Preparing effective plan for commissioning and cost management - Ensuring service level agreement with customer - CRM Management - Safety & Quality compliance in field - Service performance reporting to FSM - Customer escalation management - Enhance field competency and skills - Close monitoring and review on all service parameters with field team - Support to service sales team - People Development
- Effective Project Execution - Customer satisfaction. - Control on Warranty cost and Spares consumption - Field service quality enhancement - PPM Fulfillment and SLA Management - Minimum Attrition - CRM Discipline and Expense claims - Best Route optimization and maximum Team utilization.
Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience Education: - Graduate Engineering degree / B Tech with MBA or other advanced degree in preferred. Essential: - B.E./B.Tech Desired: - Field Operation Management (PG/Diploma) Knowledge:- Product technical knowledge Motor , Drive , UPS and PV Inverter.

- 10 to 15 years experience in a team leadership role - Thorough knowledge of field operations and General management. - Knowledge of the industrial product (Commissioning, Troubleshooting & Maintenance) and Project execution. - Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others.
