Officer - Data Entry Operator

Job Objective

Data entry , expert in MS Excel , Powerpoint and Ms Word. Updating MIS and other miscellaneous data entry related task pertaining to maintaining court case files, legal notices , lawyers bills and other expenses. Opening of Vendor Code in SAP. Maintaining of day to day records pertaining to RERA and other court related documents.

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain the contract document for future reference as per defined document management policy.
• Send the contract to vendor and all identified stakeholders.
• Collate all the documents and data , prepare presentation for periodic Legal Review by collecting data from different stake holders.
• Prepare , review Note for Approvals.
• Keep and maintain court case files and keep update of the court proceedings from external lawyers.

General Requirements

• Any Graduate with knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
• Hands-on experience in of similar related works wrt to Legal department.
• Demonstrate methodical and precise approach towards legal MIS and and Vendor management.
• Knowledge of the overall Billing related software and related systems and supplier relationship management.
• Hands on experience of SAP.
• 6 to 10 years of experience with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
