Job Description
- B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in civil project management within the Renewable Energy industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successful project execution and management.
- Proven experience in leading and supervising a team of civil engineers and site staff.
- Oversee and manage civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timelines.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to review project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Supervise site execution activities, including civil erection, concreting, piling, and other structural work.
- Manage and optimize resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Prepare regular progress reports, cost estimates, and documentation for management review.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the civil engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
