Customer Support Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Answering calls received from customers to collect their information
• Transferring the calls to subject matter experts to address their queries, needs or other issues with products or services
• Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information as required
• Making calls to customers to collect required information
• Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Being professional, efficient and courteous on the calls, as they will be representing the ADAMA brand
• Ensuring that customers feel supported and valued
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fluency in Marathi, Kannada, Telugu and any additional language
• Hindi or English. Basic English knowledge required to capture data.
• Fluency in multiple languages will be an added advantage.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computers and comfortable to learn and use software

Education Qualification: UG Agri or any other graduate (Agri will be given priority)

Experience: 1-2 Years of experience in Agri
