Manager - Internal Audit

KRA:

- Conduct audits in accordance with the risk-based internal audit plan, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and the audit framework.

- Identify key risk areas and implement audit strategies to address them.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.

- Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate governance frameworks, and financial reporting requirements.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes and amended internal policies and procedures to assess their impact on business operations.

- Prepare comprehensive audit reports in 5C format with findings, observations, and recommendations.

- Present audit results and risk insights to process owners, ensuring prompt action.

- Coordination with various process owners/HODs to resolve audit observations and implement best practices.

- Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

- Proficiency in audit tools, data analytics, and risk assessment methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Ability to handle multiple assignments with strong project management skills.

- Effective communication and report-writing skills.

- Experience in forensic audits, and fraud investigations is a plus.
