Must be able to manage Internal Audit & Risk Assurance.
- Experience of handling Due Diligence assignments and working knowledge of Forensic / Fraud investigations would be an added advantage.
- Administering the team of Internal Audit Division of the firm and reporting to the Director/Partner about the various clients.
- Managing a portfolio of clients (having turnover of 1000 Cr or more) with focus on ensuring timeliness and quality of all audit assignments.
- Assisting management in reviewing financial statements and preparing Internal audit reports, management comment & management representation letters.
- Scrutinizing the balance sheet and P & L statements to ensure compliance as part of Internal Audit Assignments.
- Examining various laws applicable to clients and resolving client queries.
- Responsible for administering financial procedures and creating internal financial controls for profit monitoring, working capital & asset management of various clients.
- Able to independently manage statutory compliance, accounting & tax matters, financial reporting and finalization of accounts, taxation & financial projections.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with PQE of 3-4 years and having core experience in the Internal Audit division of a reputed Delhi based CA Firm.
- Knowledge of Ind-AS and IFRS.
- Preferable experience in audit of MNC companies.
- Capable of examining and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Skills in presenting audit reports clearly highlighting key audit recommendations to management.
- Should have managed clients from varied industries like Service, Trading and Manufacturing.
- Must be able to lead and manage team, Able to do multitasking, Good analytical skills.
- Good time management skills and the ability to priorities and maintain turnaround time.
- The ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships while interacting with clients (good communication skills)
