Manager - Internal Audit

- Review of Internal Audit and suggestion of new areas to be included for audit.

- Conducting audits for various business segments in co - ordination with external auditor and reporting discrepancies to the management.

- Preparing and implementation of SOPs in consultation with various departments regarding their process and getting the same approved from the board.

- Yearly Review of Information systems audit report.

- Yearly Review of ICFR testing and timely completion.

- Review of Customer Due diligence process and reporting the findings,

- Review of Risk Categorization of customers and review of large / high value transactions.

- Responding to queries of RBI Auditors and closure of RBI Audit.

- Preparation and presentation of presentations and workings for the Audit Committee of the Board.

- Monitoring of open audit observations, ensuring the timely closure and reporting.

- Reporting to the parent company with audit report and responding to their audit queries and closure.
