Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their immigration needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills to drive client engagement and conversions.

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

• Connect with potential clients through inquiries received via various channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance trust and engagement.

2. Client Qualification & Needs Assessment:

• Assess clients based on their eligibility, financial capability, and immigration requirements.
• Provide guidance on suitable immigration programs and solutions.

3. Consultation & Solution Presentation:

• Meet clients to present immigration solutions tailored to their goals.
• Address client queries, provide clarity, and ensure a smooth decision-making process.

4. Follow-Up, Negotiation & Deal Closure:

• Proactively follow up with potential clients to address concerns and move them through the decision-making process.
• Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently to meet sales targets.

Core Skills:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Sales and negotiation expertise.
3. Ability to assess client needs and provide suitable solutions.
4. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
5. Knowledge of immigration processes (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in Sales/Customer services, preferably in Luxury Real- Estate, Luxury Cars, Large Ticket Financial/Investment Products.

Qualification: Post Graduate/MBA

Compensation: 10 lacs p.a (Variable - As per company policy)
