Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.

• Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage employee benefits, including insurance, leave, and performance bonuses.
• Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
• Maintain records of employee skill development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Generate HR reports and metrics as required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
