Qualification: B.Com Graduate
2 or 3 years experience working in Secretarial Departments in Limited Companies.
The Responsibilities include the following:
1. Preparation of Board/AGM/EGM documents;
2. Preparation of Various e-forms required to be filed with MCA;
3. Uploading Various approved e-forms with MCA/GST/Income Tax portals;
4. Maintenance of Statutory Registers prescribed under Companies Act;
5. Maintenance of Secretarial/Statutory files;
6. Assisting Company Secretary from time to time for carrying out Statutory compliance of applicable laws;
Proficient in MS office having good communication skills.
