Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Learning and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that foster employee growth and support organizational goals. This role will partner with internal teams to create tailored training solutions that enhance skills, improve performance, and build employee engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Needs Analysis: Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across departments, leveraging feedback from employees and managers.
• Program Design & Development: Develop and implement effective learning programs, including in-person training, online courses, workshops, and blended learning solutions.
• Content Creation: Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, eLearning modules, and assessments, ensuring they align with company objectives and adult learning principles.
• Training Delivery: Facilitate group training sessions, workshops, and webinars on various topics such as leadership development, technical skills, compliance, customer service, and more.
• Evaluation & Feedback: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics. Provide ongoing improvements based on feedback and data.
• Employee Development: Offer guidance and support to employees seeking professional growth and career advancement, including coaching and mentoring opportunities.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads and HR teams to align training initiatives with organizational priorities and employee needs.
• Learning Technology: Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track training progress, maintain course records, and manage the delivery of online learning experiences.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development, recommending new tools and techniques as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
• 4 to 7 yrs years of experience in learning and development, training, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles
• Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training content.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to assess learning needs and adapt training methods to diverse audiences.
• Experience in leadership and management development programs.
