Training And Development Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training programs based on organizational needs.
• Assist in managing the performance management system (PMS) and performance reviews.
• Support training needs analysis and identify skill gaps across departments.
• Develop and track training metrics and report on effectiveness.
• Guide managers on goal setting, performance feedback, and appraisals.
• Maintain and analyze performance data to inform HR strategies.
• Maintaining MIS data.
• Collaborate with internal and external trainers to enhance training initiatives
